What’s Sparkling for 2025?

Well it's here and we are racing through January already, so I've been looking at lots of xciting jewellery trends for this year and they celebrate individuality, sustainability, and the beauty of nature.  I’m thrilled to see how these trends fit with my handmade creations, inspired by nostalgia, the Norfolk landscape, and timeless design. I Let’s take a look at what’s trending for 2025 and how you can find pieces in my collection that fit right in.

1. Bold and Sculptural Designs

If you love making a statement with your jewellery, 2025 is going to be your year. Bold, sculptural designs are taking centre stage, with pieces that feel like little works of art.

In my collection, the Steady and True T-bar necklace is a perfect example or the star anise necklace or the acorn. Their clean lines and striking look make them real showstoppers, whether you’re dressing up or keeping it casual. They are old but still wearable—the kind of pieces you’ll keep reaching for.

2. Personal and Nostalgic Jewellery

This year, it’s all about jewellery that tells a story. Whether it’s a piece that holds sentimental value or something with a vintage feel, personal touches are what people are looking for.

That’s exactly what my Once Upon a Button collection is all about. Each piece is cast from vintage buttons, bringing a little bit of history to life. The Anchored in Time necklace, with its delicate anchor design, is one of my favourites. It’s perfect for anyone who loves a piece with meaning and charm. I've got new buttons on the way too...

3. Nature-Inspired Elements

Nature has always been a big influence in jewellery, and this year is no different. Organic shapes, natural textures, and designs inspired by the outdoors are everywhere.

I’ve always loved drawing inspiration from the Norfolk landscape, and my reclaimed pebble charm bracelets are a great example. With little daisies and tiny acorns, these bracelets bring a touch of nature to your wrist. Plus, they’re made using recycled silver, so they’re kind to the planet too.

4. Sustainable and Ethical Choices

More and more people want their jewellery to be as kind as it is beautiful. Sustainability is a big focus for 2025, with lots of love for recycled materials and thoughtful craftsmanship.

Sustainability is something I care deeply about. I repurpose leftover silver and gold to create beautiful new designs, like the reclaimed pebble charm bracelets. It’s all about making something special while minimising waste. I have also just swtiched to eco jewellery boxes, they are FSC certified paper and cardboard.

5. Pearls and Organic Shapes

Pearls are still having their moment, but this year it’s all about pairing them with organic, asymmetrical designs for a fresh, modern twist. They’re classic but with a little something unexpected.

While pearls aren’t a big part of my collection right now, I’m always happy to create bespoke pieces. If you’ve got an idea for a pearl-inspired design, just get in touch and we can make it happen!

Jewellery You’ll Love, Year After Year

The trends for 2025 are exciting, but what I love most is creating jewellery that’s timeless. Whether you’re drawn to bold designs, nostalgic pieces, or nature-inspired treasures, my collection of jewellery has something special waiting for you.
